Instructions and tips
Here you will find expert advice and detailed instructions on bonding eyelashes.
How to put on tufts
- Wash and degrease your natural lashes. Use eyelash shampoo or another suitable eye cleanser to degrease the lashes and eye area.
- Dry your natural eyelashes thoroughly.
- Prepare the eyelashes you will be applying.
- Apply Bond only to the base of your lashes (for long/medium natural lashes) or to the mid-point (for short natural lashes). Remember to use as little Bond as possible. Just dab two or three times in each area.
- Using tweezers, place the tufts one next to the other (making sure they do not overlap) from the bottom, keeping a small distance from the waterline and leaving a few lashes (2-3) free in the outer corner of the eye.
- Apply sealer to the tweezers and clamp the tufts onto the eye along with the natural ones.
- You can enjoy your eyelashes for another 2-3 weeks.
How to clean tufts
- Apply the remover to each tuft separately on each side and wait 15-20 minutes
- Apply remover to the eyelash brush and comb the clumps from all sides, paying particular attention to the areas where the most glue is present: the lash line and the lashes closest to the line. Carefully brush out the clumps of glue.
- Place the tufts in a small, resealable container and add a few pumps of eyelash shampoo. Mix thoroughly to coat all tufts. Wait 10 minutes.
- Add some warm water to the container, close the container and shake vigorously for 2 minutes.
- Pour out the water by gently opening the lid and leaving a gap so that the water can be poured out and the tufts do not fall out.
- Pour in warm water again to rinse out the clumps and pour it out using the same method as above. Repeat until the shampoo is completely rinsed out.
- Place the lashes on a paper towel and use a new lash brush to comb them back to their natural shape. Before touching the lashes, wash your hands to make sure there's no remover on them.
- Once dry, the tufts are ready for reuse.
How to remove tufts
- Apply the remover from the top and bottom. Don't skimp on the remover, and apply just enough to safely remove the tufts.
- Wait 2-3 minutes for the remover to start working.
- Using the applicator (tweezers), grasp the tip of the clump and gently pull it off. If the clump doesn't come off, apply more remover and wait another 2 minutes.
- Once all the tufts have been removed, reapply the remover and massage it into your natural lashes.
- Using eyelash shampoo or makeup remover/micellar water, thoroughly clean your eyelashes of any remaining bond.
- Wash your eyes and face with facial cleanser or foam.
Tips
- Remember to thoroughly wash, degrease and dry your natural eyelashes.
- For daily cleaning of eyelashes and the eye area, use cosmetics without oils.
- After washing your eyelashes, wait for them to dry and then clamp them with tweezers.
- After application, the eyelashes must not come into contact with water for 24 hours.
- Don't apply eyelashes before bed.
- Don't use too much glue or sealer. More will not result in better adhesion.
- Remember to wash your eyelashes and eye area daily.
- If you don't have eyelash shampoo, you can replace it with cleansing gel/baby shampoo.
