"Queen of Lashes" Lottery Regulations
1. Lottery Organizer
1.1. The organiser of the lottery is Queen of Lashes (hereinafter referred to as the "Organiser"), based in Great Britain.

2.1. The lottery runs from March 27, 2025 until all available tickets are exhausted.
2.2. The lottery results will be announced no later than 2 days after all tickets have been purchased.

3.2. Participation in the lottery constitutes acceptance of these regulations.

4. Rules of participation
4.1. To participate in the lottery, you must:
Purchase a ticket for £2.99 (PLN 16) via the online store.
Select your lottery ticket number from the available options and pay for your order.
4.2. Participants may purchase any number of tickets to increase their chances of winning.
4.3. The number of lottery tickets is limited to [30].

5. Awards
5.1. The raffle prizes are as follows:
1st place: Surprise package or gift voucher worth over £70 (PLN 350).
2nd place: 50% off coupon at Queen of Lashes.
Every ticket wins: A coupon for 15% off purchases at Queen of Lashes.
5.2. The value of prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. Lottery Results
6.1. The prize draw will take place after all tickets have been redeemed.
6.2. The results will be published on the Instagram ( Queen of Lashes ) and TikTok Queen of Lashes profile in the form of a video.
6.3. Winners will also be notified by email to the address provided when purchasing the ticket.

7. Complaints
7.1. Complaints regarding the conduct of the lottery can be submitted to the following email address: contact@queenoflashes.co.uk within 14 days of the announcement of the results.
7.2. Complaints will be considered within 14 business days of receipt.

8. Final provisions
8.1. The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the regulations if they are necessary for the proper conduct of the lottery.
8.2. In matters not covered by these regulations, the law of the United Kingdom shall apply.
