Due to the nature of our product and for hygiene reasons, all items must be returned in their original/unopened packaging. We do not offer refunds for opened or worn merchandise. Items must be returned with the seal intact. For returns based on unwanted items, you must return the item within 30 days of receiving the item. Due to the nature and conditions of products purchased during sale periods, QueenofLashes does not accept any returns, refunds, or exchanges on unwanted items, as this is an exclusive offer.
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or faulty item, we will, of course, replace or refund it. If you receive a damaged or faulty item, you must notify us within 7 days.
Before making any returns, please contact queenoflashes.contact@gmail.com or use the contact page on our website for more information. All returns are processed by our returns department within 14 business days from the date they are received back at our headquarters.
Please note; Our lashes are handmade, therefore each one may vary slightly; very slightly.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund has been approved or rejected.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5 business days (UK) and 10 business days (International).
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received your refund yet, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact your bank. It often takes some time for the refund to be posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
If you would like to exchange an item, you must notify our customer service team at queenoflashes.contact@gmail.com or use the contact page on our website within 14 days of receiving your order. If an exchange is applicable, our team will inform you of the next steps.
PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR ORIGINAL ORDER NUMBER WITH EVERY RETURN
For returns from outside the EU, please DO NOT USE COURIER SERVICES as customs clearance fees will be excessive and we will either refuse delivery or charge you for them. You must ensure the value of the shipment is recorded as "ZERO" and CLEARLY state "RETURNED GOODS" on the customs form and on the shipment itself, as we cannot accept shipments that are subject to customs duties.
QueenofLashes does not cover return shipping costs unless the item is incorrect or defective.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Unclaimed Shipments and Refund Policy
1. If the customer fails to collect the shipment within the specified time (e.g. from a parcel locker or collection point), the shipment will be returned to the Seller.
2. The cost of returning an uncollected shipment to the Seller is covered by the Customer.
3. In a situation where the Customer requests a refund for an uncollected shipment, the Seller will make the refund reduced by:
-cost of the first shipment to the customer,
-the cost of returning the parcel to the Seller.
4. The refund will be made to the same means of payment used to make the purchase, within 14 days of receipt of the returned package by the Seller.
5. The customer has the option of re-shipping the order after paying an additional fee for another shipment.
