REGULATIONS FOR SALES USING MEANS OF DISTANCE COMMUNICATION AND PROVIDING SERVICES BY ELECTRONIC MEANS

These regulations define the rules for making purchases in the Queen of Lashes online store at www.queenoflashes.co.uk and the rules for the processing of personal data.

§ 1 General information

  1. The seller is the Queen of Lashes store run by:

  2. You can contact the Seller via the contact form, email, or social media. Contact details are provided in the "Contact" tab on the Store Website.

§ 2 Definitions

  1. Regulations - these regulations are effective from February 16, 2023
  2. Customer (Buyer) – a natural person who is at least 13 years of age, and if such person is under 18 years of age, the consent of his or her legal representative is required, as well as a legal person and an organizational unit that is not a legal person, to which special provisions grant legal capacity and which places or intends to place an Order.
  3. Subject of the transaction - Goods listed and described on the Online Store website. The Seller makes every effort to ensure that the offer presented on the website is current. However, if some of the Ordered Goods are unavailable, the Seller undertakes to immediately inform the Buyer of the situation by phone or email.
  4. Goods – a movable item covered by the Sales Agreement.
  5. Product – Goods presented in the Online Store.
  6. Sales Agreement – ​​a sales agreement for Products within the meaning of the Civil Code, concluded between the Seller and the Customer using means of distance communication (including by telephone).
  7. Queen of Lashes Online Store – an online service available at www.queenoflashes.co.uk, through which the Customer can purchase the Product.
  8. Party – Seller and Customer.
  9. Store Website – each website page or subpage located at www.queenoflashes.co.uk
  10. Order – a declaration of will of the Customer clearly specifying the type and quantity of Products, aimed directly at concluding a Distance Selling Agreement via the Online Store.

§ 3 General Rules

  1. The condition for placing an Order in the Online Store by the Buyer is to read these Regulations and accept their provisions during the execution of the Order.
  2. Queen of Lashes online store  conducts retail sales via the Internet.
  3. All products offered in the Queen of Lashes store are brand new, originally packaged, free from physical and legal defects, and have been legally introduced to the market.

§ 4 Placing orders

  1. All prices listed in the Store are gross prices in Polish zloty (including VAT). Prices do not include shipping costs.
  2. Orders are accepted via the website
  3. Orders placed via the website can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, all year round.
  4. The order is effective if the Buyer correctly completes the order form and provides correct contact details, including the exact delivery address, telephone number and e-mail address.
  5. If the provided information is incomplete, the Seller will contact the Buyer. If contact with the Buyer is impossible, the Seller has the right to cancel the Order.
  6. The Buyer consents to the processing of their personal data in connection with the fulfillment of the Order. The Buyer may use the registration option (remembering their data by the system) to facilitate the process of placing another Order. To do this, the Buyer must provide a login and password necessary to access their account. The Customer's login is the email address or login name provided by the Buyer. The password is a sequence of characters set by the Customer. The Customer's password is not known to the Seller, and the Customer is obligated to keep it confidential and protect it from unauthorized access by third parties. Registration is not required to fulfill the order. Data from unregistered customers is processed only for the fulfillment of a single order.
  7. By registering with the Store, the Buyer consents to the inclusion of their personal data in the Seller's Online Store database for processing in connection with the fulfillment of Orders. The Buyer has the right to access, correct, and request deletion of their data. Additional information regarding the processing of personal data can be found in Section 10 of these Terms and Conditions.
  8. After the Customer places a successful order, he or she will receive an automatic response from the store confirming acceptance of the order.
  9. The start time of order fulfillment coincides with the moment of placing the order and making the payment in the electronic payment system.

§ 5 Shipping costs and deadlines

  1. Goods are shipped to the address indicated on the order form or provided by phone or email. The Store will immediately notify the Customer of any incorrectly completed order form that prevents or may delay shipment.
  2. Goods are delivered via specialized courier companies. All shipments are assigned a unique number, which allows for online tracking. Customers will receive a tracking number and tracking website address along with order confirmation.
  3. Orders are shipped within 2 business days at the latest, but we strive to ship orders as quickly as possible. The exception to this are situations where the company is temporarily closed, which will be notified on the store's homepage.
  4. The buyer is charged for delivery (shipping) costs, which are listed in the order summary. Shipping costs are automatically calculated by the store for the ordered products. The amount of the charges depends on the type of transport, payment method, weight, and destination country.
  5. Deliveries are made within the territory of the Republic of Poland, the European Union and to all countries in Europe, North America, South America, Australia, Asia and Africa.
  6. Before accepting a shipment from the post office or courier, please check whether the packaging or product has not been damaged in transit. In particular, pay attention to the condition of the tapes or seals affixed to the shipment. If the packaging shows signs of damage or if the seals (tapes) are broken, do not accept the shipment. Complete a damage report in the presence of the courier and contact the seller as soon as possible to resolve the matter. Failure to identify any irregularities in the quantity or quality of the shipment upon receipt may negatively impact the outcome of the Customer's claims for damage or theft during transport.
